Thank you for shopping at InInk. Because we create custom-printed apparel, personalized products, and digital tools, our refund rules are different from traditional retail stores. Please read the full policy below before placing an order.
1. Overview
Most products sold on InInk are custom-made to order, printed individually for each customer (shirts, hoodies, tumblers, mugs, posters, etc.).
Because these items are produced uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference.
However, if there is an issue caused by us or our production partners, we will fix it immediately.
2. Eligible Reasons for a Replacement or Refund
We will replace or refund your item at no cost to you if:
The item arrives damaged
The item arrives defective
The print is incorrect, misaligned, or poor quality
The item is the wrong product, color, or size compared to what you ordered
The package is lost in transit (after the carrier declares it lost)
Proof required:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and the packaging. Email us at: support@inink.net
We will remake or refund the defective item.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Because these products are made per-order, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom printed apparel (shirts, hoodies, sweaters, etc.)
Personalized designs, names, slogans, or images you upload
Custom tumblers, mugs, posters, or engraved items
Any item printed by request through our Design Tools, Lumise Designer, or Meme Creator
Digital downloads or digital design files
Gift cards and promotional items
We do not offer refunds for:
Ordering the wrong size
Changing your mind after the order is placed
Not liking the fit, style, or color chosen
Entering the wrong shipping address
Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or weather conditions
Size charts are provided on each product page to ensure proper fit.
4. Order Cancellation
Because printing begins quickly, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, the order is already in production and cannot be canceled or refunded unless defective (see Section 2).
5. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it:
First check with neighbors, household members, and your post office.
If still not found, contact us.
In some cases, carriers require 3–7 business days to investigate.
After carrier confirmation, we will send a replacement.
6. Incorrect Address
If the address entered at checkout is incorrect:
The order cannot be refunded.
If it gets returned to sender, we can reship it to the correct address, but the customer must pay the reshipping cost.
7. Damaged or Defective Item Process
To request a replacement:

Include:
Order number
Photos of the defective item
Photos of the packaging and shipping label
A short explanation of the issue
We will respond within 24–48 hours and remake the item for free.
8. Digital Products
All digital items (downloads, templates, AI tools, designs, etc.) are non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery.
If a digital file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will resend it at no cost.
9. Chargebacks & Fraud
To protect our business from fraudulent claims:
Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension from future purchases.
We always resolve legitimate issues and replace defective items at no charge.
