1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods on InInk:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • ShopPay / Apple Pay / Google Pay (when available)

  • Other payment processors displayed at checkout

We do not accept:

  • Cash by mail

  • Checks

  • Money orders


2. Payment Authorization

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method

  • You agree to be charged the full order amount

  • You understand all sales involving custom or personalized products are final

  • You agree to pay any applicable taxes or fees

If your payment fails, the order will not be processed or shipped.


3. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on our Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to checkout.

Once you place an order, the price is locked in and will not change.


4. Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect our business and customers, we may use fraud detection tools or request verification if an order appears suspicious, including but not limited to:

  • mismatched billing/shipping addresses

  • unusually large orders

  • multiple declined payment attempts

  • orders placed using anonymizing tools

We may cancel orders we cannot verify.


5. Charges, Holds & Pending Transactions

When you place an order:

  • Your bank may place a temporary authorization hold

  • Once the order is accepted, the hold becomes a completed charge

  • If the order is declined or canceled, the hold usually clears in 3–5 business days

These timelines depend on your bank, not InInk.


6. Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied where required by state or local laws.

We do not control these tax rates; they are automatically calculated at checkout.


7. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are processed according to our Refund & Returns Policy, which governs:

  • which items are refundable

  • return time windows

  • exceptions

  • replacement procedures

Custom-printed products generally cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before opening a chargeback with your bank or PayPal, customers agree to:

  • contact us first

  • allow us to resolve any issues

  • provide photos of defective or damaged items

  • follow our normal support process

Filing a fraudulent, dishonest, or bad-faith chargeback may result in:

  • account suspension

  • loss of future ordering privileges

  • reporting the fraud to payment processors

We take chargeback abuse seriously.


9. Subscription or Recurring Payments

(For future features if you add digital memberships, software, or monthly bundles)

If any portion of our Site offers recurring billing:

  • You will always be informed before subscribing

  • Charges will recur at the rate and interval shown

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing date

  • No refunds for partial periods

If you’re not using subscriptions yet, this clause stays dormant but protects you later.

  • cancel the order
