1. Purpose of This Disclaimer

This Custom Artwork Disclaimer explains the responsibilities and expectations when customers upload their own artwork, images, files, or designs for printing or engraving through InInk / Vision Graphics Print.

By submitting custom artwork, you acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined below.

2. Responsibility for Uploaded Designs

You are fully responsible for:

• the images you upload

• the resolution and quality of your artwork

• the content and legality of your design

• spelling, grammar, and layout

• any copyrighted or trademarked material

• verifying ownership or licensing rights

We do not review, edit, or correct user-submitted artwork.

We print exactly what you submit.

3. Image Quality & Resolution Requirements

To ensure the best print quality:

• Recommended resolution: 300 DPI

• Minimum acceptable resolution: 150 DPI

• File types accepted: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF

• Avoid screenshots, low-quality images, or social media downloads

If you upload a low-resolution, pixelated, blurry, or distorted file:

• the final print may appear accordingly

• InInk is not responsible for poor-quality results caused by the submitted file

You accept the outcome of the print based on your uploaded artwork.

4. Color Accuracy & Variations

Due to differences in:

• device screens

• monitor brightness

• RGB vs CMYK color profiles

• sublimation/DTF/DTG printing processes

• material textures

Printed colors may not match your screen exactly.

We cannot guarantee color matching, but we follow industry best practices for consistency.

By ordering, you acknowledge that minor color variations are normal and expected.

5. Placement, Size & Alignment

All prints follow industry-standard tolerances.

You acknowledge that:

• Print placement may vary by up to 0.5 inch

• Size may visually differ depending on garment size

• Some shifting is normal during pressing

• Mockups are visual approximations, not exact guides

These variations do not qualify as defects.

6. AI-Generated Artwork

If you upload or request AI-generated designs:

• You assume responsibility for verifying originality

• AI may generate copyrighted elements unintentionally

• You certify you have the right to print the design

• You acknowledge that AI images may contain artifacts or distortions

• You accept the print outcome resulting from imperfections in the AI-generated file

InInk is not liable for legal or quality issues arising from AI artwork.

7. Copyright & Licensing Responsibility

By uploading artwork, you confirm:

• You own the rights OR

• You have legal permission to use the design

This includes:

• logos

• characters

• brands

• photos

• artwork

• commercial graphics

• AI outputs based on copyrighted prompts

InInk is not responsible for verifying licensing or copyright ownership.

8. Edits, Fixes & Redesigns

Unless specifically stated:

• We do not clean up artwork

• We do not remove backgrounds

• We do not sharpen or enhance images

• We do not adjust color balance

• We do not redesign or recreate user artwork

If the artwork needs improvement, customers must fix it before uploading.

9. Approval & Printing

Once you submit artwork and complete your order:

• You approve the design “as-is”

• You understand printing begins automatically

• You acknowledge that orders cannot be changed or canceled once production starts

This ensures fast turnaround times.

10. Refunds for Custom Artwork

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

• the product is damaged

• the print is defective due to our error

• you received the wrong item

Poor print quality caused by your uploaded artwork does not qualify for refunds.
