2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice (Copyright Owner Complaint)

    • Phone number

  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law

  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

By submitting a notice, you understand and agree that we may share your information with the person who posted the allegedly infringing content.

3. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed)

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature

  2. Identification of the material removed and the URL where it appeared before removal

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification

  4. Your name, mailing address, and phone number

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local U.S. Federal District Court, or if outside the U.S., the district where our business is located

  6. A statement agreeing to accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown notice

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a repeat infringer policy as required by the DMCA. Any user who repeatedly submits or uploads infringing material may have their access restricted or terminated.

5. Modifications to This Policy

We may update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
