  • Fulfilling and shipping orders

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded designs.

4. AI-Generated Content

If you use any AI tools to create, modify, or upload artwork:

  • You confirm you have the rights to use the output

  • You confirm the content does not contain copyrighted or trademarked property

  • You acknowledge that YOU (the user) are legally responsible for ensuring compliance

InInk is not responsible for verifying ownership of AI-generated designs.

5. Prohibited Uses of Our Intellectual Property

You may not:

  • Copy any part of this website

  • Scrape or copy product templates or mockups

  • Re-sell or re-distribute our images or layouts

  • Use our branding to create derivative works

  • Claim our designs, descriptions, or shop layout as your own

Any unauthorized use will violate our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
