📦 Shipping Policy — InInk / Vision Graphics Print

Thank you for shopping with InInk. Because we specialize in custom-printed apparel, drinkware, engraved items, and digital products, all production and shipping times can vary depending on the item ordered. Please review this full policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Times

Most items are made-to-order, which means they are individually printed, pressed, or engraved for each customer.

Typical production times:

Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, sweaters): 2–5 business days

Tumblers, mugs, drinkware: 3–6 business days

Engraved items: 3–7 business days

Posters, prints, wall art: 2–5 business days

Digital products: Delivered instantly via email or account download

Processing times may be extended during holidays, high-volume seasons, severe weather, or supply chain delays.

2. Shipping Times

Once production is complete, orders are handed off to the carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–4 business days (when available)

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (only if enabled in store)

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Flat-Rate Shipping (When Available)

For select products or promotions, flat-rate shipping may be offered.

When flat-rate applies:

A fixed price will be displayed at checkout

Rate does not change by weight, quantity, or location (USA only unless noted)

Flat-rate orders ship via standard ground service

Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after production

Expedited upgrades may not be available for flat-rate shipments

If both flat-rate and standard shipping are available, checkout will display both options.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that includes:

Tracking number

Carrier name

Tracking link

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after the label is created.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Item type

Weight

Quantity

Destination

Carrier rates

Discounted or free shipping may be available during promotions.

6. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If an order shows “delivered” but is not received:

Check with neighbors or household members

Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages early)

Contact your local post office for GPS delivery confirmation

Lost packages: If the carrier confirms loss, we will remake and reship at no cost.

Stolen packages: We are not responsible for theft after delivery, but we will assist where possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout:

Orders cannot be refunded

If a package is returned to sender, the customer must pay for reshipment

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed

Please verify your shipping details carefully before submitting.

8. International Taxes & Customs (If Enabled)

For international orders:

Customers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees

These charges are not included in shipping costs

Customs delays may extend delivery beyond the estimated timeframe

9. Shipping for Digital Products

Digital items are delivered electronically via:

Email download link

“My Account” download section

Digital products do not require physical shipping.
If a file is damaged or inaccessible, we will resend it at no cost.

10. Order Splitting

Because different items may ship from different production partners:

You may receive your order in multiple packages

Each package will have its own tracking number

There are no extra charges for split shipments
